Resetting your keypad code is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps. Follow these instructions to reset your keypad to the factory-set five-digit code:
Step 1: Enter the factory-set five-digit code
Press and release 1•2 on the keypad within five seconds.
Step 2: Press and hold 1•2 for two seconds
You must do this within five seconds of completing step 2.
Step 3: All personal codes are now erased
Once the code has been reset, only the factory-set five-digit code will work.
